The Project Play House – Building a Legacy with Milestone Homes Matamata

Thanks to all of your feedback and submissions, we have an amazing draft concept for the Matamata Domain Playground Upgrade. To create a really special space for our community and take full advantage of this once-in-a-generation opportunity, our concept design costs more than the $1.5 million the Matamata Piako District Council has committed to the project. to reach the higher $2.5 million target, we’re inviting contributions from you to get involved and join us in delivering this amazing new community space. Whether you are an individual, family or local business, anyone can contribute. Join us in creating a legacy for our future generations.

Please note: Matamata Futures is an approved charity for tax purposes; individuals who donate over $5 will be able to claim 33.33 cents in tax credits for every dollar you donate. Private donations do not attract GST.

The Project Play House is currently under construction and will be a stunning modern family home. The spacious three bedroom, two bathroom home features casual open plan living, with sliding doors seamlessly connecting the indoor spaces to the outdoors – perfect for relaxed, contemporary entertaining.

This incredible initiative is being led by the dedicated team at Milestone Homes Matamata, who are committed to supporting the community and helping our town flourish in years to come.

100% of the Profits Donated to Project Play!

This initiative represents one of the most significant fundraising efforts for Project Play. The funds raised from the sale of this home will go directly towards enhancing the Matamata Domain, creating a much needed, inclusive playground and community hub for the families, children, and teens in our district.
